Ashley Monroe (born in America) is a country and pop music performer. Ashley Monroe formed a group named Pistol Annies, with Angaleena presley as well as Miranda Lambert in 2007, before releasing her second Album titled Like a Rose. Ashley Monroe holds a position as assistant village manager in Riverside Illinois. She has 15 years of experience in the public sector which includes nearly five year periods within Iowa City. The position she is in now the Assistant Village manager and has a variety of responsibilities which include managing the Community Development and Building Department and overseeing grants and special projects. Ashley's job in Riverside is to aid in the daily operations of village services, and to implement the vision for strategic planning set out by elected officials. Ashley's previous roles include administration planning, communications budgeting, and the management of staff and collective negotiations. Ashley is also passionate about climate change.
